How do I contact the other Rotary Clubs if SW doesn't service my address?

There are three Rotary clubs in Wichita Falls, each with their own flag program. If we do not service your house, it's possible that another Rotary Club does. Here is the contact information for the other two Rotary Clubs:

What is the term of my subscriptions?

Subscriptions run through calendar years. Your subscription will start at the beginning of the year during Memorial Day and end at the end of the year with Veterans Day. If you purchase a subscription in the middle of a calendar year, the subscription is only good through the end of that year.
The flag days are: Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day through 9/11, and Veterans Day.

I bought a flags subscription on the CURRENT holiday, why isn't it delivered?

We cut off new flag deliveries 4 - 5 days before a flag holiday in order to properly prepare flag delivery and pickup routes. We will not deliver to houses who order after the cut off day until the NEXT flag holiday.

I'm sure I paid, but I do not have a flag in my front yard. What do I do?

If you are sure you paid, then enter your address in the address checker above. If we service your address, you will have the option to enter a flag problem report. This will notify our back office team and we will investigate, and respond to you as quickly as possible. Be sure to provide your proof of payment so we can FAST TRACK resolution for your flag issue.
