How do I contact the other clubs?

There are three Rotary clubs in Wichita Falls, each with their own flag program. If we do not service your house, it's possible that another Rotary Club does. Here is the contact information for the other two Rotary Clubs:

What is the term of my subscription?

Subscriptions run through calendar years. Your subscription will start at the beginning of the year during Memorial Day and end at the end of the year with Veterans Day. If you purchase a subscription in the middle of a calendar year, the subscription is only good through the end of that year.
The flag days are: Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day through 9/11, and Veterans Day.

I bought a flags subscription on the CURRENT holiday, why isn't it delivered?

We cut off new flag deliveries 4-5 days before a flag holiday in order to properly prepare flag delivery and pickup routes. We will not deliver to houses who order after the cut off day until the NEXT flag holiday.

I checked my address and it says that you do not serve my address but my neighbors have flags. How do I get a flag?

What is the SW Rotary Flag program?

The Flag Program is a fundraiser for the Southwest Rotary Club of Wichita Falls. Our fundraising projects fund local, regional, national and international projects focusing on six areas:

Peace and conflict prevention/resolution.

Disease prevention and treatment.

Water and sanitation.

Maternal and child health.

Basic education and literacy.

Economic and community development.

How can I get involved with Rotary Flag program?

You can subscribe to the flag program and we will use a portion of that money to support nonprofit and community organizations right here in Wichita Falls.

What dates does the flag program put our flags?

Dates vary slightly every year for the following holidays:
Memorial Day 

Flag Day                    

Independence Day 

Labor Day

9/11 / Patriots Day (combined with Labor Day as one delivery)

Veterans Day 2025

What organizations are supported by my flag subscription?

SW Rotary receives request from organizations every year asking for $80-100,000 every year. We are normally able to fund about $20,000 of those request.

We support organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Road to College, North Texas Area United Way, Faith Mission, and many others.

What happens if a flag is damaged while in my custody?

Wichita Falls weather can really tear up a flag. Flags that are damaged are replaced at no extra cost. Flags are retired in cooperation with the Boy Scouts of America
